Meet Your Therapist.

A woman sitting on a black stool against a plain white background, wearing a black polo shirt and black pants.

Jenn Rose, LMT.

Jenn is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2015. She gained experience in the field, working alongside a local chiropractor in her hometown. Her passion for massage grew as she helped hundreds of clients, from all walks of life, relieve pain and tension, and recover more quickly. She is skilled in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Lymphatic, and Swedish massage, and she is currently enhancing her skills by pursuing a cupping certification.

In addition to massage therapy, she has a background in Yoga and Birth work. On the weekends, you will probably find Jenn making cold-pressed juice, spending time with her son, or enjoying the fresh air in the Weber mountains.

Jenn is excited to connect with her community and support anyone ready to make positive changes in their lives. You can book a session online or email Jenn with any questions or concerns.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your newfound health. These services will enable you to become your own health expert, allowing you to protect yourself from illness and suffering.

    Our Services

All your appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with fully private rooms, complimentary tea or water, and individualized care.

Every massage is personalized to fit the clients request; full body massage, or more time spent on focus areas.

    Fire Cupping

Traditional Chinese Medicine where heat is added to a glass cup causing a vacuum effect when applied to the skin. The cups are placed on the body and left in one spot for an amount of time or moved around on the skin in a gliding motion.

By creating this vacuum effect, the cups drain or pull toxins out of the body and increase blood flow, breaking up stagnation and congestion.

  • Person receiving a massage while lying on a massage table.

    Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massages typically involve gentle, light pressure techniques. The therapist avoids working on the abdomen directly and focuses on areas such as: back, neck and shoulders, legs, arms, and feet.

    Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymph drainage redirects the excess fluid out of specific areas so it can be filtered out from your muscle tissues and toward lymph vessels to be excreted properly.

FAQs ~

What can I expect during my first massage visit?

Your massage therapist will require you to fill out an intake form. It is important to list all health concerns and medication so that your therapist can adapt your session to your specific needs without causing any harm.

What are the benefits of massage therapy?

Lowered stress, increased immune function, boost mental health and wellness, pain management and improved range of motion, improved physical fitness.

Will the massage hurt?

In general, massages should not hurt. In fact, if you are in pain during a massage, this may cause your muscles to seize up, making the relaxing effects more difficult to achieve. If the pressure is too intense, speak up immediately so your therapist can adjust. Certain techniques may result in soreness during the days following a massage, similar to that of great workout but in general, you should not have pain during or after your massage.

How often should I get a massage?

Individual preference varies, so for most it depends on your pain, physical needs, emotional needs, and of course, budget. Receiving a massage regularly has the most benefit; this can be as often as weekly or monthly.

Do I have to completely undress? What do I wear for a massage?

You may undress to your level of comfort. Many people prefer to keep their underwear on during a massage, while others choose to be nude. Your massage therapist will leave the room so you can undress and lie on the massage table, under a top sheet. Regardless if you choose to maintain some clothing or not, your massage therapist will always ensure that you are always properly covered.
